The critically acclaimed LabEcon series is known for its accurate and consistent pressing quality, making it the preferred sample preparation press for quality control and R&D across the polymer, rubber and composite industries.
Available in four force ranges – 100, 300, 600 and 1000 kN – the press operates at up to 300C. Its small footprint allows easy installation in any lab, while the ergonomic design and straightforward 15″ ProView touchscreen interface are appreciated by lab technicians worldwide.
The LabEcon incorporates multiple safety features including a fixed upper platen, an emergency stop system and a protective safety shield. An integrated exhaust hood (Jacob ø200 mm) enables connection to existing extraction systems.
Automated press cycle
Fully programmable cycle with automatic venting/degassing stroke. Opens and closes at a pre-set interval without operator intervention.
ProView control system
The 15" touchscreen provides complete oversight of temperature and closing force, with real-time progress monitoring and extensive setting options.
Built-in safety systems
Fixed upper platen, emergency stop and full safety shield ensure safe operation in demanding laboratory environments.
Extensively configurable

Four force ranges with same consistent quality
Depending on the model – 100, 300, 600, 1000 – the press range goes up to 100, 300, 600 or 1000 kN at 400°C. Regardless of the model or settings used, the results will always be accurate and consistent.
